This New Kate Upton Workout Video Will Make You Wish You Were Her Training Partner


  That’s a good photo. So…anyway…who says Kate Upton skips leg day? Certainly not this guy who was riding the sled while Kate shoves 500 pounds of weight across the floor while training.

  For some reason Upton has been all about the workout videos lately. We haven’t seen nary a bikini picture out of her since she quit working for Sports Illustrated a couple of years ago, but workout videos? Yeah, we’ve got plenty of those now for some reason. Kegel exercises…

  Landmine squats…

While most people are being lazy on Sunday, @kateupton is busy crushing this heavy landmine squat/RDL combo. Strong! ?? This is one of my new favorite exercises. First do a squat, then do a RDL, then alternate one rep of each for the entirety of the set. I love using the landmine for both squats and RDLs, so this combination helps teach how to differentiate between the two movement patterns, and you also get the benefit of working the legs and glutes in multiple ways, all while also jacking up the heart rate.   But still no bikini pics. Perhaps once she’s achieved her goals with all of this working out she’ll grace us again with goodies like this… Until then, I guess we’ll just have to be patient and hope, right?
