Back in April I started doing yoga every single day and I haven’t looked back. I hit 30 minutes every morning before work, and it has done wonders for my waistline (if you are looking for some good classes online, I love this channel ). But god damn my abs have nothing on Kate Hudson’s, who in an interview with Self Magazine said yoga’s the key to her current body. And fuck. I mean it when I say it.
