Summer’s only a few months away, which means that Jen Selter bikini photos are about to be coming in HOT HOT HOT. Not that Jen needs the summertime warmth for an excuse to throw up bikini photos on Instagram, or fitness videos for that matter – she does it anyway while she’s on vacation, or even while she’s just fuckin’ around and trying out new swimsuits. Regardless, it’s not like Jen even needs to work out at this point – have you SEEN her booty? Because damn damn damn damn DAMN.
StairMaster MAJOR ?…My favorite cardio machine since I started working out years ago! It is a great way to work your glutes, thighs and also gives you a great sweat! I usually do 20 to 30 minutes 2-3 times a week. While you are on the stairmaster you could skip steps to give yourself more of a challenge. I also like to include glute kickbacks after each step which really works the bootayyy! Video coming soon 🙂
