THE WEEKEND IS HERE FINALLY!!!! Should you train 7/7 or should you rest a couple of days? The answer in this subject is: you are the only one holding it! If you are not sore if you are feeling great why stop????….You should know you have to give your muscles at least 48 h to recover after a serious lift so they can grow, tone and have the proper development. Yes that applies to your abs, stop the nonsense of training them everyday. Weekends: If you are off work and you have more time in your schedule use it to train harder or do something fun like a beach workout with your loved ones. STAY ACTIVE ON THE WEEKEND! – – – So guys what are you doing this weekend???

School’s in session again! And now that I have your attention let’s read about cellulite. Cellulite or Orange peel syndrome is probably the most common DM question I get from girls. How can I get rid of it? First of all we have to understand the causes that brought that to your body and those can be related to a sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition, or hormonal disorders. Many of you exercise a lot, eat healthy and still have some cellulite, for this crowd the solution is build more muscle, you have to increase your muscle mass and keep the body fat as low as you can so you can improve your skin condition. Now there are also FDA approved treatments but none of them are a permanent solutions, what is going to bring you the total change you are looking for is to start taking care of your overall body from nutrition to training, with no bullshiting yourself if you eat right and workout 5 days a week and the other 2 you are a party animal don’t hope for a miracle. Build muscle. Do your F. Cardio Keep the intensity throughout your entire workout, if you get out of the gym still looking cute you lost your time there. Watch out your sodium intake, water retention can change your skin condition completely. Give your diet a chance, trust the process, you have to fall in love with the process so you can endure it! Because in 3 weeks you won’t be the bikini model you wish to be. #RealTalk

Good morning Fam a little reading hope it helps finishing this week: What drives your life? Many of us we are not in the position we dream to be right now, many of us we are on the hustle every day to achieve our dreams. In this road we will have a lot of falls and a lot of little victories. When we are looking to our own self we have to focus on our bigger picture to not get distracted with the shitty days, every step you take in your life always ask you if it’s going to drive you to a place you want to be, it doesn’t matter if the goal is as simple as getting a decent summer body, you really need that ice cream? Answer yourself and then keep going. Same applies to your business or education life, you really need to party? Next day hang over useless when you have things to do?. In this process many of you probably are not even in the road you wanna be, that means you need to learn something in the place you are right now if you are doing 2-3 jobs to afford a living maybe you need to learn work ethic! If you are stuck in a bad relationship you need to learn about loving yourself, if you are stuck in a disrespectful job you need to learn about self respect and knowing your worth.
