Today went like… • Straight leg deadlifts 15 12 9 6 • Leg curl toes pointed out super set with leg curl toes pointed in 12 x 3 • Single leg curl (Standing) 12 x 3 •Reverse hack squat “Goodmornings” 15 12 10 10 (I didn’t higher the weight for the last two) • Laying leg curl w/ dumbbell 15 x 3 • Leg curl with cables 15 x 3 • Donkey kick backs 15 12 9 Note I did so many different variations of leg curls because they all workout different parts or your hamstring as each exercise is pulling my legs different directions. As well my reps where kept pretty low because I am focused on building mass so I am doing heavier weight and high wrong the weight for each rep.? – Hope you guys actually go do this workout n not just say you are!
