The fine folks over at Immature Life released a new video titled “BIG BOOTY BAIT IN PUBLIC PRANK!” Not sure why they label this video as a “prank,” because there is no real joke in the video. But we can quickly forgive them because they did not lie about the “big booty” part and that’s what’s important. The prank YouTube channel enlisted the talents of the amazing Kasheen Whiteley to make the mesmerizing onion caboose video. Giving a quick peek at her dazzling Instagram , they made a fantastic casting decision.

Once upon a time box squats… ✨ Box squats are one of my favourite leg exercises, I added them in to my leg routine regularly probably about a year ago and they were a game changer for me personally in terms of quad development. Now you may be surprised as most people I speak to think of box squats as a glute exercise, for me this isn’t the case. I use regulars squats, relatively light weight and ass to the grass if I want to hit my glutes and I definitely use box squats as a quad exercise. Training and nutrition just isn’t one size fits all. My body isn’t a-typical. I have a pelvic tilt and my pelvis is also raised on one side, I have struggled massively to activate my glutes and am extremely quad dominant. I found that going heavy on regular squats meant compromising on form and put a lot of strain on my back but when I went light I felt nothing in my quads the next day. I needed to be pushing heavier weights to develop my legs but risked back injury if I went heavy, and then… box squats ❤️ Obviously you don’t get the full range of motion and therefore should be able to lift a fair bit more than on regular squats, in this video I’m pushing 100kg with ease, there is no way my back could take the strain of that in a regular squat. I wouldn’t suggest using box squats instead of regular squats, I still do both and change my training routine very regularly. I can’t stress enough that this is MY experience and what I have found works for MY body, I would definitely recommend box squats as they have made a big difference to my leg progress but mostly I would just encourage ya’ll to keep trying new things and never take on someone else’s opinion as fact. Try things for yourself, do your own research, listen to your instincts, get to know your body and find what works for YOU as an individual ??? Happy training ya’ll ?

One gentleman couldn’t stop staring at that ass, despite being in the company of his girlfriend, who slapped him for his wandering eyes. One dude nearly paralyzed himself as he almost fell on his face because he was on a scooter as Kasheen sauntered by. So the prank proves that men like a great ass.
